Windsor

Crossed by Route 143 and Route 249, Windsor is an industrial town in the Val-Saint-François MRC in the Eastern Townships. This little historical jewel is crossed by the Saint-François and Watopeka rivers. Windsor is home to the ultramodern Domtar pulp and paper mill. Don’t be surprised, in June there is a paper festival to celebrate it all! History buffs? You’ll be served by exploring the city of Windsor.
